One Metropolitan Place - AMENITIES

Even though the units in One Metropolitan Place are affordable, it does not mean the developers had to cut corners and deprive the residents of the basic amenities and features that are present in other condominiums. For instance, the condominium ensures every resident that they will be getting the basic utilities. Electricity is provided by Meralco while water is pumped through the units thanks to Maynilad.

In case of water supply interruptions, there are overhead water tanks on every building to ensure that no one will be stuck in the shower without running water. Also, since the condominium complex is in the middle of Metro Manila, it is serviceable by almost all internet service providers, so you can have your pick of the many different plans and services.

Aside from the basic amenities, the developer also managed to include a few creature comforts that will make the residents of One Metropolitan Place feel right at home. For instance, all of the condominium buildings have lobby areas where you can meet up and entertain your guests (for a limited amount of time of course). There are also wide corridors so you will not have any problem moving large pieces of furniture into your unit. All buildings also have elevators, so you do not have to dread walking up five flights of stairs after a horrendous day at work.

The One Metropolitan Place also has a couple of recreational amenities that are exclusively for the residents. For instance, if you want to escape the almost unbearable heat that comes with every Philippine summer, you can head on over to the swimming pool area and take a dip to cool yourself. There is a full-sized lap pool in case you want to swim a couple of laps to work on your fitness. You can also find a wading pool where you can take your little children to and teach them how to swim. If you just want a place where you can sit down and calm your mind, you can head on over to one of several open areas that serve as mini-parks.

If you are planning a party or any other kind of social gathering, you don’t have to go outside of the compound because One Metropolitan Place also has its own multi-purpose hall. For a small fee, you can use the wide area to hold birthday parties, business conferences and other events where dozens of people will be in attendance.

Security is also not a problem when you live in One Metropolitan Place. There is a tall, concrete perimeter fence topped with barbed wire to dissuade intruders from going inside the compound uninvited. You will also notice a team of trained security guards who are constantly keeping watch at the main entrances to the compound. They are helped by a system of CCTV cameras strategically placed between buildings so nothing happens in the compound without the security not knowing about it.

The security guards also rove through the compounds at regular intervals to make sure that all of the residents are safe. It also lets them respond to any residents who need help right away.
