Even if you do not have your own car, you can reach malls, theaters, stadiums, and other recreational areas within minutes just by using public transportation like buses and taxis.
Finally, the units are selling for bargain prices. The units range from PhP 1M to Php 1.9 M, the units in One Metropolitan Place are definitely affordable, and they are all great deals considering all of the things that come packaged with them.
